Panopto is a free and UT-approved resource that allows you to record and store media, as well as create automated captions.
Microsoft Stream
Microsoft Stream (on Sharepoint) is another free and UT-approved tool that allows you to share and manage videos, as well as generate automated transcriptions and captions.
Document Translation
GoTranscript
GoTranscript is a 3rd party vendor that is able to translate documents in over 15 languages.

- Cost varies depending on various factors such as time of day, day of the week, and type of event.
The cost of captioning is covered centrally if there is a student/faculty/staff member who needs an accommodation.
